Since 1977 Hospice of the Conejo has been dedicated to serving as a community based, non-profit, non-medical, volunteer hospice and grief support center. Our primary goal and purpose is to provide care, guidance, support and dignity to residents in our region as they face challenges with their own life-limiting illness and grief or that of a loved one.We are committed to providing a bias free environment where all feel welcomed. All of our services are always provided completely free of charge.
Through many years of hard work and perseverance we have earned a reputation of providing highly trained, compassionate volunteers, professional licensed therapists and quality programs that enhance the quality of life for residents in south-eastern Ventura County.
